Studio services
Project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and fees are governed by written agreements or written confirmations between Kinetic Labs and the customer. Website copy is informational and does not create a service commitment by itself.
Intellectual property
The Kinetic Labs name, website, copy, design, code, and product materials are owned by or licensed to 1001545511 Ontario Limited unless otherwise stated. Client work and third-party app assets remain subject to their respective agreements and rights.
No platform endorsement
References to platforms such as the App Store describe product availability or distribution workflows. They do not imply endorsement, partnership, or approval by those platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinetic Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or our products.
